What the experience is like

You’re picked up from your resort and driven to the facility (~20 minutes). After a safety and animal-care briefing, you’re in a shallow pool with dolphins and trainers. You touch, swim alongside, and interact with the dolphins one-on-one. Then a sea lion interaction where the sea lion “kisses” you (it’s a trained touch on the mouth). Afterward, you can view photos the venue staff took from outside the water (using professional cameras). These are beautiful but cost extra (~$30–$50 per digital download or print package). The facility rescues and breeds dolphins (48 per a reviewer), so the animals are accounted for. By late morning or mid-afternoon, you’re back at your resort.
